Traditional Italian stuffed pasta, tortelloni, is made using a centuries-old recipe combining the finest Italian whole milk ricotta with fresh, leafy green spinach, encased inside handmade dough pockets.
Born from many legends, tortelloni is the larger of the similar shaped tortellini from the region of Emilia.
Traditionally, tortelloni is served in broth, either beef, chicken or both. Today, tortelloni is enjoyed as a substitute for any long or short cut pasta with a meat or vegetable sauce.
